Little Flippers Swim Academy is unable to give reductions or credits for missed lessons, pool closure or adverse weather and travelling conditions, refunds or credits will only be given if for any reason Little Flippers Swim Academy has to cancel a class for personal reasons.
We are sensitive to your personal circumstances and do hold your place for you unless we hear otherwise. It would be much appreciated if you could let us know by the payment deadline, if you are not returning for the current term, so that places can be offered to those on our waiting list.
By registering for classes you are agreeing to consider the other classes and venues by making sure the changing rooms are left with all food and nappies in the bins provided and if towels can be placed on the change mats on the benches so that they are as dry and clean as possible.
