Anti natal swimming is a fantastic way to unwind and stay healthy in pregnancy for all mummies to be. We run our classes four times a year during our half terms Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn, please email if you would like to start your water bonding experience with your baby and we will book you into the half term that suites your pregnancy. Classes cost £10 per class and are paid half termly. Swimming while you are pregnant also helps your baby become familiar to the noises of being in the pool meaning they’ll be relaxed when you take them swimming together too! |
Aqua natal swimming is one of the safest ways to exercise during pregnancy as the water is supportive of your baby bump and body so muscles can work by strengthening mummy- to -be's back and abdominal muscles. Our classes provide "me time" helping mummies to unwind and relax in soothing warm pools combining light exercise which will release your bodies natural happy hormones, endorphins and help suppress any pressure on your body. This will keep you feeling relaxed and calm and is really helpful in late pregnancy and important to help prepare the body for birth, during and after labour. |
